Job Description

Position : Biomedical Service Engineer

Industry : Medical/Hospital/Healthcare

Skills : Strong interpersonal skills required.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Biomedical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support and service for all systems, including new products and product revisions, by offering on-site remedial service, preventative maintenance, product installation, product recertification, and upgrades.

- Collaborate with the Field Service Support Team and Field Service Manager to deliver prompt, courteous, and effective service support to our customer base.

- Complete documentation of service calls and transfer reports to the Field Service Support Center.

- Communicate updates regarding customer database changes related to equipment, operators, location, or accounting information.

- Collaborate with the Field Service Support Team, Product Managers, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support to provide input for new products and product revisions, ensuring documentation and serviceability requirements are met.

- Manage assigned service inventories and ensure the return of all equipment sent to customers.

- Provide timely written reports to service management regarding recommendations, progress, and concerns.

- Resolve difficult situations related to ongoing issues or issues that regional service representatives are unable to resolve.

- Conduct international training for our distribution partners and assist in resolving challenging issues that service distributors are unable to handle.

Requirements :

- Extensive experience in servicing medical and Physio Rehab Equipment for hospitals, clinics, and medical centers in the UAE region.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Relevant Medical Background degree or Bio-Medical Engineers

- Nationality: Preferably Arabic national

- License: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (own car preferred)

- Job Period: Full-Time

- Language: Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
